  Fish Liberation Ceremony and Fish Hotel Tour on June 19, 2009

  Join Friends of the Chicago River at the McCormick Bridgehouse & Chicago River Museum for a Fish Liberation Ceremony symbolizing the return of wildlife to the river. Spend your lunch break celebrating nature along the river - or bring the kids for a fun outdoor experience! You can adopt a fish for $5, name it (if you wish) and release it into the river.   Located in the middle of it all, the Bridgehouse Museum connects Michigan Avenue's Magnificent Mile with Chicago's loop. It's walking distance to most of downtown's parks and shops, so give yourself plenty of time to explore.
