On Monday, August 21st, we will be celebrating the solar eclipse on the plaza of the museum! Join us for our speaker series with Todd Meyer beginning at 11:15am. Here we will begin to pass out solar glasses courtesy of the Adler Planetarium and Wendella Sightseeing. Only 50 are available and it is first-come first-served. The Moon will begin to block out our view of the Sun at 11:54am. The entire eclipse will last over an hour and a half to complete. Bring a lunch!
